About Me

My name is Leonardo Gill, a Brazilian designer with a degree in Design and a focus on Marketing from ESPM. I began my career in production studios creating TV commercials and Out-of-Home media, before moving into television as a Senior Designer at Fox Sports Brasil. There, I was part of the On-Air team responsible for the channel’s full visual identity, including promos, show intros, bumpers, lower thirds, in-show graphics, LED screens, and more.

I later joined TV Globo’s Promo team as a Senior Designer, eventually advancing to Lead Designer and Creative Lead. In this role, I combined hands-on design with creative leadership, mentoring designers and collaborating on high-impact campaigns and award-winning projects.

In recent years, I expanded my focus toward digital-first platforms and internet-native content. I’ve been developing and directing projects tailored for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, applying broadcast-level visual standards to social media environments. My work blends motion design, storytelling, and AI-assisted production workflows to create high-retention short-form content optimized for today’s digital audiences.

I also explored the blockchain gaming space, directing and designing Web3 projects that merge world-building, branding, storytelling, and community-driven digital experiences.

I approach creativity with curiosity and an open perspective, constantly seeking inspiration through observation, learning, and experimentation. This philosophy is captured in my personal mantra: KEEP DOING ART.

For me, making art is about output, expressing ideas and delivering a final piece. Doing art is about input, absorbing inspiration, practicing, and evolving through the process. Art is not just the result; it is the journey. That is why I believe in KEEP DOING ART, continuously learning, experimenting, and pushing creative boundaries.
